Returns and Refunds

1.This return and refund policy only applies to online transactions through the official https://www.beautylife99.co/ website.

  1. All sales are final. Once completed, no cash refunds will be issued for any defective items. We are limited to exchanges only.

  2. We do not issue refunds for certain circumstances, such as a customer changing their mind or just not liking the item.

  3. All sales and promotional priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  4. Orders cannot be canceled once accepted. No refunds or cancellations will be given.

  5. BEAUTYLIFE GROUP will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. In case of any damages or defects, please notify us as soon as possible via the contact us form, or contact us via e-mail on beautylife8899@outlook.com.

  6. The customer must send the affected products back to our BEAUTYLIFE GROUP distribution center via logistics courier. Shipping costs must be borne by the sender.

  7. The customer is responsible for the risk and condition of the returned products before they are returned to the BEAUTYLIFE GROUP Distribution Center. BEAUTYLIFE GROUP is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products until we receive them. Customers are advised to package the products securely to prevent any loss or damage to the products or their boxes or original packaging. Items will be inspected upon receipt.

  8. BEAUTYLIFE GROUP is not responsible for lost/delayed/returned packages caused by third party delivery partners. However, we will assist you in tracking the parcel and checking the parcel.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

First of all, we apologize for receiving damaged products.

  1. Please notify us as soon as possible via the "Contact Us" form or email us at beautylife8899@outlook.com.

  2. Replacement must be notified as soon as possible within 3 days of receiving the product.

  3. No refunds, only exchanges.

  4. Customers are required to attach a picture of the defective item.

 

What if I accidentally pay more than once?

Please note that customers should not click the "Pay" button twice even if the browser does not respond. Please refresh or cancel the transaction and start over.

  2. Provide us with your order number.

  3. You can choose to refund a certain amount (fees may apply)

  4. The customer shall be responsible for any bank or application fees incurred as a result of the transaction between banks or applications.

  5. If you choose to make a refund, a 4% administration fee will be deducted from the total value.

 

Repeat Returns

We offer a return policy to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. We also monitor the number of customer returns and will flag returned products, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any customer order for repeat returns without a valid reason. We may also restrict or terminate the accounts of such customers or take other lawful action. We aim to protect our business interests as well as provide a fair and quality service to all our customers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at beautylife8899@outlook.com.

Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon your order submission in order for a cancellation prior to goods shipment

Return Policy

The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:

1. All goods sold are non-refundable except (i) Failed Delivery (ii) Wrong Delivery and (iii) Damaged good during delivery.
2. Only items that have been purchased directly from beautylife8899@outlook.com Online Store can be eligible for a return.
3. Any beautylife8899@outlook.com Online Store product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
4. Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Incorrect:

• The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong size or the colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.

Damaged:

• The items is found to be damaged upon receipt. Items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods. Returns are applicable only for a complete beautylife8899@outlook.com Online Store product.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

• The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
• You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
• Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

1. Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
2. Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
